GKN Graduate Scheme Overview

GKN only offer a small number of graduate placements on an annual basis, so only the highest calibre candidates are in with a shot of receiving a job offer.

The business puts a firm focus on exploring individuals’ ambitions and skill set very early on, so that it can best tailor its early learning processes and later placements to help all graduates reach the upper limits of their potential.

The first 18 months with GKN is made up of three six-month placements, with at least one of these being based abroad.  Upon completion of the 18 months, candidates are assigned a permanent role on an 18-month basis, followed by a second for the same period.

The final two placements will be assigned based on your own skills and ambitions, giving you a real control over your career path and a relatively quick route into senior management level roles.
