Diageo offer successful candidates an intense three-year program during which they will be trained while gaining vital on the job experience. Graduates rotate positions throughout this three-year period, during which they will gain a real flavour of what Diageo stands for and how they do business.
Diageo are looking for candidates to have achieved at least a 2:1 degree in any subject. In addition to this, candidates must be globally mobile, hold a full driving licence, and be proficient in at least one additional foreign language. The recruitment process is relatively simple, consisting of a telephone interview followed by a group assessment day.
