BBH Graduate Scheme Overview

BBH do not operate a traditional graduate scheme, however they do have a recruitment initiative known as “Home Grown.”  Throughout the year, BBH periodically interview for internship positions, which can last from two weeks up to three months.  Candidates who display a real passion for the industry and make a difference during their internship will then be offered permanent employment with the agency.

Permanent employees at BBH are given a tailored personal development plan, to help them become a bigger asset to the agency while becoming a more talented marketer in their own right.

BBH Graduate Scheme Interview Tips

Send out a powerful message. You may only be there for a two-week period, so BBH need you to be clear in the interview what skills and abilities you can bring to the table.

Know the business. BBH style themselves as a communications agency, and do many things differently from their competitors. Understand and display how these play to your personal strengths.

BBH Overview

BBH was founded in 1982, initially working without any office space. Since foundation, the organisation has opened six offices around the world. BBH work on the belief that enduring ideas that transcend genres are the key to advertising, and communications in general. Publicis hold 49% of the ownership of BBH.

Some of the most memorable advertising campaigns of the last 30 years have come from BBH. Among them, Audi’s “Vorsprung durch Technik” tagline and “The Lynx Effect” are probably the most famous. BBH also produced the famous Levi’s “Flatbeat” advert featuring Flat Eric, the theme from which went on to be a Europe-wide hit music single.
