Aviva Graduate Scheme Overview

Aviva runs a total of six graduate schemes across their various business sectors, with some programmes only being available in specific areas, meaning relocation may be required.  As a minimum, candidates must have attained at least a 2:1 at degree level; however, specific subject requirements differ as you move across business sectors.

With the exception of Accountancy roles, all of Aviva’s graduate programmes last two years.  Each scheme is tailored to the specific needs of each individual.  Graduates are effectively full employees from day one, and are given major roles and responsibilities working on important projects and business initiatives.

Understand your sector and the possibilities within it. Although Aviva offer six graduate schemes, their number of business areas is far wider than this. You will need to show passion for not only the sector you have applied to but also a specific business area within that.
