AMV BBDO run a training programme that they call the AMV Academy. This consists of new intake graduates undergoing an initial eight-week induction upon joining. The course lasts a period of twelve months, during which you will fully learn the ins and outs of the business as well as playing a part in some of AMV BBDO’s current projects.
