A graduate programme with Admiral is designed to equip candidates with the tools for a long and successful career within the group.  Initially, you will spend time undergoing an induction in the group’s contact centres, learning about dealing with customers and how many areas of the business operate.

The programme is based around developing leadership skills from an early stage, and to facilitate this candidates will spend a lot of time shadowing existing managers, as well as taking on their own managerial responsibilities within a department.

Admiral aims for all candidates to be prepared for internal promotion within 18 months of joining the business.
